Bookings made by you through our Website using the Booking Engine are governed by these terms and conditions andif you are a corporate user, the AASIPL services Corporate Membership Scheme Terms and Conditions (the “Booking Conditions”); can be viewed based on your login id. If you are an individual user, the AASIPL services Conditions of Contract (the “Conditions of Contract”)
You must read the Booking Conditions or the Conditions of Contract (as appropriate) and click the “I agree to all terms and conditions” button prior to using the AASIPL Services. If you fail to click the button and continue to use the AASIPL services, you will be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and any person for whom you have made a booking.

In the event that your Corporate Membership of AASIPL services expires or is terminated for any reason, your Website access and password will be deactivated on the effective date of such expiry or termination.
Use of Credit Card

We accept major credit cards issued in the country of departure of your flight and a few other selected countries as specified during the booking process. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the Confirm button. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling and the same card must be carried at the of travel as it may be required for verification and/or obtaining signature on a credit card charge form.
AASIPL services Voucher Delivery Upon completion of the payment process through the Booking Engine, a AASIPL services Voucher will be sent to you on the email address provided at the time of booking. Data Protection Where you input data into the Booking Engine on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to do so, and that they have not objected to the uses of their personal information for the purpose of a booking made through the Booking Engine. You also confirm that, in relation to any personal or other details relating to your employees or customers or their families in your possession you shall, at all times, process such data in compliance with any applicable data protection legislation in your country. Please view the AASIPL Group privacy policy which sets out how we use and handle personal information.
You agree to indemnify us for any costs, liabilities and losses whatsoever incurred by us arising out of any action or inaction by you that result in us being in breach of any provisions of applicable data protection legislation in your country.

These terms and conditions and the Booking Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us,whether oral or in writing.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of and applicable in the state of Maharashtra.
